Cancellation and Refunds

No automatic renewal

Paid plans run for one year. We do not charge you again automatically. Before your year ends, we will remind you. If you do not renew, the plan simply ends.

Cancelling

You can stop using Review Assistant at any time. Just tell us on WhatsApp and we will take your review page down. There is no cancellation fee.

When you get a full refund

You get a full refund if both of these are true:

• you ask within 7 days of paying, and
• your review page has not gone live yet.

After your page goes live

Once your review page is live, we do not refund the unused part of the year.

There are two exceptions. If we fail to deliver the service you paid for, or if we charged you by mistake, we will refund the amount affected.

If your AI drafts run out

Running out of drafts is not a reason for a refund, but your page keeps working. Customers can still write their own review and post it on Google until you upgrade or renew.

How to ask for a refund

Send us a WhatsApp message at +91 95117 84952 (wa.me/919511784952) with your business name and invoice number, and tell us briefly why you are asking.

Once we approve a refund, the money goes back to the payment method you used, within 7 to 10 working days.

Changes to this page

We may update this page. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top changes. Changes do not affect a payment you have already made.
